The Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and shareholder of LIAT, Mr. Ralph Gonsalves, visited Embraer’s facilities in São José dos Campos on May 6, 2011.

Mr. Gonsalves and his entourage were wel- comed by Mr. Eduardo Munhós de Campos, Vice President for Embraer’s Airline Market in Latin America & the Caribbean, viewed a video presentation about the company and took a tour around the manufacturing facilities. In addition to visiting the aircraft assembly hangars, flight preparation areas and Embraer’s historical centre, Mr. Gon- salves went on board an E190 inspected the interior of the aircraft. He also re- ceived a special model of the E190 and an invitation to return to São José dos Campos.

Mr. Eduardo Munhós de Campos, Vice President Airline Market, Latin America & the Caribbean, Embraer (L), welcomed Mr. Ralph Gonsalves, the Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, while a visit to Embraer in Brazil.​​

The Prime Minister’s visit to Embraer’s headquarters took place two days after the company conducted a demo tour to LIAT in Barbados, Antigua and Barbuda with an EMBRAER 190.
