One of the First to Fly in South Africa

Airlink is leading the restoration of air service in South Africa with its fleet of E170s and E190s. The first flights start this week on the Cape Town-Johannesburg and Durban-Johannesburg routes.

Airlink is one of the scheduled airline flying domestically. The Government has a three-phase implementation plan that calls for the gradual introduction of more flights.

Phase 1 – Johannesburg – Cape Town/Durban; Lanseria – Cape Town/Durban; and Cape Town – Durban
Phase 2 – Selected inland province airports
Phase 3 – Coastal province destinations including inland towns and cities

Airlink plans to increase the number of nonstops between JNB-CPT/DUR starting June 15. Learn more here.
