Aurigny’s new E195 has started flying between Guernsey and London’s Gatwick Airport.  The 122-seat E-Jet was officially delivered to the carrier at a ceremony at the airline’s hangar in Guernsey on July 2.

Flight time on the 187 sm sector is about 35 minutes .  With taxi in and out at both airports, the block time is an average of 60 minutes.  Aurigny flies the E195 up to four times  each way every business day.  With just 30 to 35 minutes  to turn the aircraft in Gatwick, the E195 is extremely productive at 8 block hours per day.
