The manufacture of the first E2 two cargo doors was completed at Latecoere’s facility in Prague, Czech Republic, on March 13. The doors provide access to the two cargo/baggage compartments on each E2, one fore and one aft of the wing on the right size of the aircraft. On the E190-E2, there are 21.3 cubic meters (752.2 square feet) of gross cargo/baggage compartment volume.

Latecoere has already shipped the doors to Brazil where they are awaiting installation on the first E190-E2.
