American Airlines Adds 15 More E175s to Its Fleet

American Airlines is growing again! The carrier has ordered 15 more E175s for delivery in 2020. These new E-Jets are in addition to the 15 the airline purchased in May of this year.

Envoy Air, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the American Airlines Group, will fly the E175s for American Eagle. Each aircraft will be configured with 76 seats – 12 in First Class and 64 in the Main Cabin Extra and Main cabins.

American Airlines has ordered 104 E175s over the last five years.
