In August 2015, everyone at Embraer will be caught up in the excitement with the countdown for the roll-out of E190-E2. The new E2 will once again change the landscape of commercial aviation in the 70 to 130-seat aircraft category.
When the E2 leaves the hangar for the first time, many will remember a similar ceremony when the first ERJ145 left the hangar in 1995, an event that forever changed Embraer. That first jet paved the runway for the company to become the third largest aircraft manufacturer in the world.
To date, more than 1,000 ERJs continue to contribute to the growth of world aviation, opening new markets and routes, connecting people, enabling business – all with the continuous support of Embraer.
