New airport, new connections
The E2 will be deployed on strengthening existing routes and launching new routes, both domestically and internationally. Mexicana already flies to 18 destinations from the modern Felipe Angeles airport near Mexico City, opened in 2022.

Low operating costs, outstanding fuel efficiency
Mexicana is the first E2 operator in Mexico benefiting from the E2’s low operating costs and excellent fuel efficiency. Recent upgrades to the E2 platform reduce fuel burn by an additional 2.5%, making it 12.5% more fuel-efficient than its direct competitor.
