20 More E175s for SkyWest

Our long-time Utah (USA) based customer, SkyWest, has ordered another 20 E175s.

The new airplanes will be configured with 76 seats in dual class and fly in American Eagle colors. This is the first time SkyWest will fly E175s on behalf of American Airlines. SkyWest currently flies E175s for United Express, Delta Connection and Alaska Airlines.

Deliveries start in the second half of this year. When all of the airplanes from this order are delivered, SkyWest will have a huge fleet of more thar 180 E175s.

SkyWest has been an Embraer customer for over 30 years. In 1986, SkyWest started flying Embraer EMB120 Brasilia turboprops.
